Stock: what is on the floor and how it got there
The first job of showroom software is answering what you have, what it cost and whose money is in it. The dashboard answers on opening. Adding a car records its price, its costs and its partners in one go, the scanner reads a car's smart card instead of making someone type the chassis and engine numbers, and a car bought from another showroom on credit carries the balance still owed to that showroom.

Selling: cash, instalments and what buyers owe
A sale records the buyer, the price and how they are paying, and the profit splits the moment it is saved. On instalments, the schedule is set at the sale and every payment, late or partial, is recorded against the same car. Collections shows who owes what today, and a car can be listed so that other showrooms on Odometric can see it.

Money and papers: partners, files and the record
This is where Odometric differs most from general dealer software. Each partner's capital sits against the cars it funded, and the profit on a sale divides by that capital after the showroom's cut, so nobody needs a calculator or an argument at the end of the month. The registration file stays in the vault until the car is paid for, every paper is kept against the car it belongs to, and every change records who made it.

Each walkthrough was recorded from the working app, step by step, on a 390-pixel phone screen, then narrated.
