Car showroom software Every rupee. Every car.
One record.
Odometric is car showroom management software for used-car dealerships in Pakistan. It runs the money on every car you own: what it cost, what you spent on it, whose capital funded it, what the buyer still owes, and what the unit actually made once it sold. All of it filed under the number on its bumper.
Built for used-car showrooms across Pakistan. Runs in the browser on any phone, with nothing to install.

Five systems, one ledger. Every rupee lands on the car that spent it.
The money side of a used-car business, kept per vehicle rather than per month: what each car cost, what it still owes you, what it earned, and who is owed a share of it.
01 · Registry
Type the plate. See every rupee.
Dashes, spaces or run together: les 12 456 and LES-12-456 land on the same unit. One search opens what it cost, everything spent on it since, whose capital funded it, what the buyer still owes and what the unit has made so far.
- Registration number is the primary key, not a file name
- Camera OCR for CNIC, passport, smart card and excise book
- A scan opens a prefilled sale or a new vehicle

02 · Custody
The papers wait for the money.
Five physical assets tracked per registration, and any paper you name beside them. While a single rupee is outstanding the file cannot leave the safe, so the balance collects itself instead of being chased, and no operator can override it by clicking harder. A car sold before you had Odometric still gets a file, on its plate alone.
- Book, excise file, plates, transfer letter, duplicate keys, bank NOC, whatever the safe holds
- Handover needs name, CNIC, signature and a clearance tick
- Owner override is allowed, and written on the record forever
- Scans and PDFs of any document, filed with a car or without one

03 · Receivables
Money owed, collecting itself.
Book 70% upfront and the vault freezes itself the same second. The final rupee lifts the hold automatically, and the holiday-weekend slip-through stops existing. Every buyer who still owes is one list, with the next date beside the name.
- Explicit due schedules, not markup guesswork
- Automatic HOLD IN VAULT the moment a balance exists
- Final payment flows straight into handover

04 · Equity
Every partner reads the same number.
Your management cut comes off gross profit first, set per vehicle rather than fixed at one number. What remains divides pro-rata by each investor's capital in that specific unit, through every expense, payment and payout.
- Profit distribution leaves principal capital untouched
- Capital withdrawal reduces the stake, explicitly
- Payouts debit cash in hand and print a WhatsApp receipt

Stock back into cash, sooner.
A car standing is capital doing nothing, so any available car publishes to the shared board from its own page: real specs, its plate, and a WhatsApp inquiry that lands on your counter. Fewer days standing is the cheapest margin you will ever find.
- Every listing is a car on a real showroom's floor, tied to its plate
- Dealers filter the board by make and by showroom
- Inquiries arrive on WhatsApp, not a dead contact form

The same floor, on a screen the accountant can read.
The phone is for standing in the showroom. The office PC gets the same record with more room: the whole floor, the month, and every buyer and partner, live.
Straight off the floor.
Example listings, showing how a car appears once a showroom publishes it: plate, specification, and a direct line to the seller. No prices. What a car costs another dealer is the subject of the phone call, not a number every showroom in the country can compare, so a listing has no price field at all. Where a car has not been photographed yet, a photo of the model stands in, always labelled.

What showroom owners ask first.
The short answers. There are longer ones on the questions page.
What is Odometric?
Odometric is car showroom management software for used-car dealerships in Pakistan. It indexes every vehicle by its registration number and keeps inventory, scanned documents, investor capital and profit splits, deferred payments and sale receipts on one record. It runs in a browser, so there is nothing to install.
How is Odometric different from other car showroom software in Pakistan?
It is narrower, and built around the money and the papers on each car rather than around selling. The physical file is held while a buyer still owes money: the registration book, original file, number plates, transfer letter and duplicate keys stay in the vault until the balance clears or a written override reason is recorded against the release, and releasing the papers of a car sold through Odometric records the recipient's name, CNIC and signature. Investor profit is worked out per car: the showroom's management cut, set on that car, comes off first, the rest is divided between that car's investors by the capital each put in, and a payout ledger keeps returned capital separate from profit. AutoHisaab and Prime Car also record investor money against a car, and some tools are cheaper, work offline or run payroll, so Motrade, AutoHisaab, Prime Car and four others are compared side by side, including where each is the better buy, on the comparison page.
How much does car showroom software cost in Pakistan?
Odometric has three plans, each with every feature and unlimited staff logins: Starter at PKR 10,000 per month for one showroom floor with up to 60 active cars, Growth at PKR 20,000 for up to 200 active cars, 6 locations and priority onboarding, and Enterprise at PKR 30,000 with no limits and priority support. Pricing is per showroom rather than per user, so staff never have to share a login.
How do you split profit with investors on a car?
Odometric records who funded each vehicle and how much, takes the showroom's management cut set on that car, then divides the rest of the realised profit between that car's investors by the capital each put in. The showroom's own cash in a car earns no separate share: its return is the cut. The cut is set per vehicle rather than per showroom, because the right cut on a small car is rarely the right cut on an expensive one. The three models the trade uses are worked through with real numbers on the investor splits page.
What happens when a buyer pays in instalments?
The sale carries a price, an amount received and a balance, and the vehicle's documents go on hold automatically until the balance clears. The hold lifts when the final payment is recorded, so nobody has to remember to stop the file being handed over on a Friday afternoon.
Is it better than running the showroom on Excel?
Not always, and it is worth being honest about that. A single operator holding ten self-funded cars is well served by a spreadsheet. Excel stops working when a second person needs the same record at once, when scanned documents and the physical file have to be tracked, or when outside investors need a split they can audit. The full comparison, including where Excel wins, is on the Excel comparison page.
How long does it take to get a showroom running on it?
An afternoon for a typical floor. The work is entering the cars currently standing, with what each cost, what has been spent on it and who funded it. We deliberately do not recommend keying in years of closed sales, because that turns a one-afternoon job into a multi-week one and it is the usual reason a changeover gets abandoned halfway.
Who owns the data, and can other showrooms see it?
You own it, and no. Each showroom's records are isolated from every other showroom's, and nothing crosses that boundary except a vehicle you explicitly publish to the marketplace. We do not sell or share your data, and you can request an export at any time.
Your showroom already runs on data.
It is just sitting in a drawer, a notebook and three WhatsApp threads. Put it under one plate number and see the whole floor in an afternoon.
