The best car showroom software in Pakistan, compared

Odometric is car showroom management software for used-car dealerships in Pakistan. It runs the money on every car: purchase cost, expenses, investor capital and profit splits, instalments, and the physical papers, all filed under the registration number. This page puts it beside Motrade, AutoHisaab, AutoDeal, Prime Car, Nizi Solutions, UR QistPro and SW3 Solutions on the questions a showroom owner actually asks, and says plainly where each of the others is the better buy.

Odometric is the one on this page built for used-car showrooms funded by partners: it splits each car's profit between the investors who funded that car, and holds the registration book, file, plates, transfer letter and keys in the vault until the buyer's balance clears. PKR 10,000 to 30,000 a month, 15 days free.

Last checked 15 September 2026, and 20 September for SyberEdge and Dealer 360. This page is published by Odometric, one of the ten products compared. Everything it says about the other nine comes from their own public pages, listed under Sources. Where a product's pages do not say something, the tables say "not published" rather than guessing. If any of it is wrong or out of date, write to [email protected] and it will be corrected.

The short answer

There is no single best car showroom software in Pakistan. The right one depends on what the showroom has to keep straight.

  • Partners fund individual cars, and the file must stay in the safe until the buyer pays: Odometric, which holds the papers while money is owed and releases them only against a name, a CNIC and a signature. Prime Car covers similar ground in Roman Urdu, with a warning rather than a hold.
  • The lowest cost: AutoDeal, which says its full system is free for every showroom, or AutoHisaab at PKR 499 a month for plans started by 31 October 2026.
  • Run from a phone, even without signal: AutoHisaab, an Android app that works offline.
  • A marketplace attached: Motrade.
  • Instalment sales on bikes, cars and rickshaws: UR QistPro.
  • Leads from PakWheels and OLX, and a workshop behind the showroom: SyberEdge.
  • The cheapest published price with investor tracking: Dealer 360, at PKR 5,000 a month, though it is the newest and least established of these.
  • One suite for the whole business, on your own server if needed: Nizi Solutions.
  • The customer side of the showroom, with a digital catalogue and test-drive booking: SW3 Solutions.
  • A franchised dealership with a workshop and spare parts: SyberEdge, Hisaab.pk or HysabOne.

What each product is

Odometric is a web application for used-car showrooms in Pakistan. Every car is a record indexed by its registration number, carrying what it cost, what has been spent on it, who funded it and what it made. The document vault tracks the physical file as an object, freezes it while a buyer owes money, and releases it against a name, a CNIC and a signature. Investor capital sits against individual cars and the payout ledger keeps capital and profit apart. A car sold before the showroom used Odometric can still have its papers held on its plate alone, and any document can be filed with a car or without one. It runs in a browser with nothing to install.

Motrade is a Showroom ERP joined to the Motrade Marketplace. Its own pages describe vehicle stock, customers, purchases, sales, payments and instalments turned into invoices and reports, any number of branches each with its own staff and stock, onboarding done by the Motrade team, and, as optional add-ons, publishing cars to the marketplace and picking up buyer demand from its Demand Board. Its paid plans hold 30, 50 or unlimited vehicles with 2, 5 or 10 staff users, and a free Lite plan lists up to five cars on the marketplace without the showroom system.

AutoHisaab is showroom management software for car and bike dealers in Pakistan, built as an Android app. Each vehicle carries its purchase price, expenses, asking price, photos and documents, and its pages describe recording who put money into a vehicle, what share they take and what has been paid to them. Instalment plans are worked out automatically, and WhatsApp messages go to customers when a payment is due, late or received. It writes to the phone first, works with no signal, backs up online, and opens on a computer by scanning a code. A Showroom Network lets a dealer show a vehicle to other showrooms they trust.

AutoDeal describes itself as the all-in-one ERP for Pakistani car showrooms: inventory including consignment cars, sales and receipt printing, instalment and due payment tracking with reminders and QR invoices, finance accounts and cash flow, profit and loss reports, and staff accounts with roles, targets, commissions, salaries and advances. It is web-based with nothing to install, and its pricing page says the full system is free for every showroom, with an Enterprise plan for multi-branch groups.

Prime Car is car showroom management software made in Pakistan, in Roman Urdu and English. Every car has its own account of purchase, expenses, asking price and profit, searchable by plate, chassis or engine number. Its investor system records whether a car belongs to the showroom or to an investor and at what share, splits the profit automatically and shows what each investor is owed. It keeps a monthly qist schedule with WhatsApp reminders, warns against handing over a file while payment is pending, tracks card, file and biometric status, and prints an Urdu sale deed (biyanama) on one A4 page.

Nizi Solutions sells a car showroom software suite from Islamabad that covers inventory by VIN and chassis number, customer management, sales, finance, accounting, bookings, documentation and reporting, with cloud or on-premise deployment, customisation to a dealership's own process, and an interface in English and Urdu. Pricing is on request, with monthly, annual and one-time lifetime licences. It is the widest of the ten in scope and the one that will run on your own server.

UR QistPro is instalment software for dealers who sell bikes, cars and rickshaws on credit. Its Auto edition generates sale deeds and delivery challans, tracks where each vehicle's file is (showroom or excise) and whether biometric verification is done, keeps daily recovery lists for collection staff, and sends one-click WhatsApp reminders. It is cloud-hosted with a seven-day free trial.

SW3 Solutions, a software house in Lahore, sells a Showroom App aimed at the customer side of a dealership: a digital catalogue with filters by make, model and price, 360-degree views and videos, test-drive booking with reminders, and analytics on what customers look at, with sales, service and marketing modules customised to each dealership.

SyberEdge is a dealership management system from Karachi for multi-brand showrooms in Pakistan and Bangladesh. Its pages describe leads imported automatically from PakWheels and OLX Autos, WhatsApp Business automation in Urdu and English, a drag-and-drop sales pipeline, workshop job cards with technician and bay tracking, parts issued against the job card, bank financing and insurance tracking per deal, trade-in valuations with appraisal history, and documents including CNICs attached to the vehicle record. It advertises payment and instalment tracking against a deal, which is not the same as a qist recovery book: there is no recovery officer or default workflow. Pricing is on request, in Professional and Enterprise plans.

Dealer 360 is the newest of these, and the only other one that publishes both its price and investor profit sharing: PKR 5,000 a month for up to 50 vehicles and one user, or PKR 10,000 for unlimited vehicles, five users and investor tracking, with a free trial. Its pages describe stock and cost tracking, leads and follow-ups, agreements, invoices and transfer letters generated in one click, third-party investor contributions with profit sharing calculated automatically, and daily profit and loss. Read it with its stage in mind: the site says the product is launching with selected dealerships, it publishes no company name or address, and most of its own footer links do not resolve. Ask for a reference showroom before committing books to it.

Two more come up in AI answers and searches but are built for franchised dealerships with a workshop rather than a used-car floor, so they are described here and not tabled. AutoTron, by DevSol System in Karachi, is a dealership ERP covering sales, service, parts, finance, recovery, CRM and admin in one system, with FBR POS tax integration, gate passes, recovery ageing and multi-branch reporting, installed on the dealership's own server if wanted, with pricing on request. Smart DMS, by Adcounsel Systems International in Lahore, is weighted to the workshop and bodyshop: job cards, damage estimation, insurance integrations, paint booth scheduling, parts inventory, ledgers, payroll and a WhatsApp and SMS hub, also priced on request. Neither publishes anything about investor splits, instalment sales or custody of the physical file. Hisaab.pk is a cloud accounting platform with a 3S automobile module for sales, service and spare parts. HysabOne sells automobile and workshop accounting for dealerships, service centres and spare parts shops, FBR compliant, from PKR 3,499 a month with a 14-day trial. VehicleERP tracks partner money per car, but it is built in Surat for Indian used-car dealers, with GST billing. Mazoon, a web and software company in Oman and the UAE, lists a car showroom management system among its products.

Where Odometric is the better buy

Four situations, and they are specific rather than flattering.

  • Partners fund individual cars, and the split has to be checkable. Odometric, AutoHisaab and Prime Car all publish investor money recorded against a car. Odometric's published model takes the showroom's cut first, divides the rest by each investor's share of that car's capital, and keeps a payout ledger that separates returned capital from profit, so a partner can audit the number rather than be told it.
  • The file has to be held, not just flagged. UR QistPro and Prime Car track where a file is, and Prime Car warns against handing one over while payment is pending. Odometric freezes the registration book, excise file, plates, transfer letter and keys the moment a balance exists, and will not release them without a name, a CNIC and a signature. An owner can override, and the override is written on the record.
  • Papers without a car. A car sold before the showroom used Odometric still gets a file on its plate alone, and any document can be filed with a car or without one.
  • Your people say the plate, not the chassis. Every lookup, scan and listing keys on the registration number, because that is what a Pakistani showroom actually calls a car.

Where each of the others is the better buy

Motrade

  • You want a marketplace attached. Motrade joins the showroom system to a buyer-facing marketplace and a Demand Board. Odometric publishes listings but does not run a demand exchange.
  • The budget is tighter. Motrade starts at PKR 7,500 a month, a quarter less than Odometric's entry price.
  • You would rather someone else did the setup. Motrade's plans are set up with its team. Odometric is built to be entered by the showroom itself in an afternoon.

AutoHisaab

  • The budget decides it. PKR 499 a month for plans started by 31 October 2026 is the lowest paid price on this page, rising to PKR 2,999 from 1 November, and the app keeps working on the phone even without a plan.
  • The showroom runs from a phone. It writes to the phone first and works with no signal, which suits a showroom with poor connectivity. Odometric needs a connection.
  • You sell bikes as well as cars. It is built for both.

AutoDeal

  • You want to pay nothing. Its pricing page says the full system is free for every showroom, with no time limit and no card.
  • Staff commissions and salaries are part of the daily work. Roles, targets, commissions on every sale, salaries and advances are central to AutoDeal. Odometric does not do payroll.
  • You sell cars on consignment. It records the owner, the expected price and the commission on each consigned car.

Prime Car

  • Your team works in Roman Urdu. The system runs in Roman Urdu and English, and the sale deed prints in Urdu. Odometric's interface is in English.
  • You want investor splits and qist at a lower price. Prime Car publishes an automatic investor profit split and a monthly qist schedule from PKR 2,000 a month.

Nizi Solutions

  • The data must stay on your own server. Nizi offers on-premise installation. Odometric is browser-only, with the data on a server in Frankfurt and an encrypted nightly copy held by Google, which is a firm no for some owners.
  • You need the whole business in one suite. HR, bookings, accounting and customer enquiries, customised to your process, in English and Urdu. Odometric deliberately stops at the car, the money and the papers.
  • You would rather buy a licence once than subscribe. Nizi lists one-time lifetime licences alongside monthly and annual plans.

UR QistPro

  • Instalments are the business. If most sales are on credit, and especially if they are bikes and rickshaws, its sale deeds, recovery lists and one-click WhatsApp reminders are the daily tools you need, from PKR 1,800 a month. The wider choice is covered in instalment management software.
  • The question is where the file is, not who funded the car. Its file-location and biometric tracking answers the excise office question directly.

SyberEdge

  • The leads and the workshop are the problem. If enquiries arrive from PakWheels and OLX all day and there is a service bay behind the showroom, SyberEdge covers ground Odometric deliberately does not: lead pipelines, job cards, parts against the job card, and financing applications per deal. Odometric has no workshop module and no lead pipeline.

Dealer 360

  • Price is the deciding factor and investor tracking is still needed. At PKR 5,000 a month it is the cheapest published price with investor profit sharing. What it does not publish is how the split works per car, what happens to the physical file, or who is behind the company. For a small floor testing whether software helps at all, that may be an acceptable trade; for books an investor will audit, ask those questions first.

SW3 Solutions

  • The problem is the showroom floor, not the ledger. A digital catalogue, 360-degree views and test-drive booking improve the buying experience for walk-ins and online enquiries. Odometric is about control of the money and the papers, not the customer experience.

Odometric is PKR 10,000 a month for one showroom floor with up to 60 active cars, PKR 20,000 for up to 200 active cars and 6 locations, and PKR 30,000 with no limits. Every plan has every feature and unlimited staff logins.

On the worked example used across this site, one car bought at PKR 3,200,000 and sold at PKR 3,750,000 with PKR 180,000 of costs earns PKR 370,000. A year of Odometric's Starter plan is PKR 120,000, about a third of one such car, while a year of AutoHisaab is PKR 4,999 for plans started by 31 October 2026. If partner accounting and file custody are not your problems, the cheaper tools are the right buy. If they are, the comparison worth making is not between licence fees but against one investor who leaves because the arithmetic could not be shown.

A demo that decides it

Whichever product you shortlist, do not accept a slide deck. Ask for three things on your own numbers, in front of you.

  1. One car, start to finish. Enter the purchase, three expenses and a sale with a part payment. Read the car's profit and the buyer's balance as two separate figures.
  2. One file handover. Attach the scans, mark which originals are missing, then try to release the file while money is still owed. The right answer is a refusal.
  3. One settlement with two investors on the same car. Apply the agreed showroom cut, pay out, then repeat on a car sold at a loss. Ask to see the statement each investor would receive and the history behind it.

Odometric passes all three on its published feature set. AutoHisaab and Prime Car publish investor shares per car, and Prime Car publishes a warning before a file is handed over on an unpaid car, so put the second and third tests to them in the demo rather than taking this page's word for it.

Common questions

Which car showroom software is best in Pakistan?

It depends on what the showroom has to keep straight. For a used-car floor funded by partners, where the physical file must stay in the safe until the buyer has paid, Odometric holds the papers against the balance and splits profit by each investor's capital in a car. AutoDeal says its full system is free, AutoHisaab costs PKR 499 a month for plans started by 31 October 2026, Motrade suits a showroom that wants a marketplace attached, Prime Car suits a team that works in Roman Urdu, UR QistPro suits an instalment business in bikes, cars and rickshaws, Nizi Solutions suits a dealership that needs an on-premise suite for the whole business, and SW3 Solutions suits a showroom focused on the customer experience.

Is there free car showroom software in Pakistan?

Yes. AutoDeal's pricing page says its full system is free for every showroom, with no trial period, no card and no time limit, and an Enterprise plan for multi-branch groups. AutoHisaab is free for 45 days and then keeps working on the phone without a plan, although cloud backup and computer access stop. Motrade's free Lite plan lists up to five cars on its marketplace but does not include the showroom system. Free trials are offered by UR QistPro for 7 days, by Prime Car and HysabOne for 14 days, and by Odometric for 15.

Which car showroom software in Pakistan handles investor profit sharing?

Of the products compared here, three publish investor money recorded against individual cars: Odometric, AutoHisaab and Prime Car. Odometric takes the showroom's cut first and divides the rest by each investor's share of the car's capital, with a payout ledger. AutoHisaab records who funded a vehicle, their share and what has been paid. Prime Car records whether a car is the showroom's or an investor's, at what percentage, and splits the profit automatically. VehicleERP does this too, but it is built for India. The arithmetic of each model is worked through in investor profit sharing for car showrooms.

Dealer 360 also advertises investor contributions with profit sharing calculated automatically, at a lower published price, though it does not say how the split is computed per car.

Which car showroom software holds the vehicle file until the buyer pays?

Odometric. The registration book, original file, number plates, transfer letter and duplicate keys are held against the car, and the system refuses to release them while a rupee is outstanding: the balance has to clear, or the owner has to record a written override that stays on the record. Releasing them takes the recipient's name, CNIC and signature. UR QistPro tracks where the file physically is, at the showroom or at excise, and whether biometric verification is done, which is tracking rather than a hold. Prime Car warns before a file is handed over on an unpaid car. None of the other seven publishes anything about custody of the physical file.

Does any car showroom software in Pakistan work offline?

AutoHisaab is the one whose pages say it works fully offline: it writes to the phone first, works with no signal and syncs when the connection returns. Odometric, AutoDeal, Prime Car, Motrade and UR QistPro run in the browser or the cloud and need a connection. Nizi Solutions can be installed on your own server.

Which car showroom software works in Urdu?

Prime Car runs in Roman Urdu and English and prints the sale deed in Urdu. Nizi Solutions and HysabOne offer an Urdu interface. Odometric's interface is in English.

Does Odometric have a marketplace like Motrade?

Odometric publishes listings, each one a car standing on a real showroom's floor and tied to its registration number, with a direct line to the seller. It does not run a demand exchange or a buyer-side board the way the Motrade Marketplace does. If the marketplace is the reason you are buying software, Motrade is built around it and Odometric is not.

Is Odometric more expensive than other showroom software?

By published list price, yes. Odometric starts at PKR 10,000 a month, against PKR 7,500 for Motrade, PKR 2,000 for Prime Car, PKR 1,800 for UR QistPro and PKR 499 for AutoHisaab on plans started by 31 October 2026, and AutoDeal says it is free. The difference buys a hold on the physical file that blocks release while a balance is owed, and investor splits that take the showroom's cut first and keep returned capital apart from profit. A showroom without partners, or one that never holds papers against a part-paid sale, should not pay for them.

Can Odometric be installed on our own server like Nizi Solutions?

No. Odometric runs in a browser as a subscription, with the data stored on a server in Frankfurt and backed up every night, including an encrypted copy kept off that server, and there is no on-premise version. Nizi Solutions offers both cloud and on-premise installation, so a showroom that must keep its data on its own machine should look there.
